Kalco will work with the client hand in hand to determine if the concept is viable. This can be from a simple latch to a fully functional and operational product. All information will be kept in confidence with a secrecy agreement furnish by Kalco or your own.

Designing the part or product is what makes Kalco services so unique. We will work with the client to modify or streamline the part or product for cost savings and manufacturability.

Depending on the client needs, Kalco will provide a full scale informational drawing concepts that include 2D & 3D models. Also included are Part Drawings, Assembly Drawings, Weldment Drawings, Part Breakout Drawings, Resource Data Sheets, Cost Data Sheets & Manufacturing Contacts. We will also create a webpage for your company on our server so you can keep posted on the progress of your project. See Sample Login Data File.

Kalco is very open minded with our clients and interchanges concepts and ideas constantly so that the end result is to make the client ideas a reality. As well as keeping up with your progress on your personal webpage. See Sample Login Data File.

Kalco has many resources, from parts vendors to manufacturers. Our vendor base consist of Laser Burning, CNC Break Presses, CNC Mill and Lathes, Robotic Welding and many more fabricators. These vendors can gear up to some of the toughest challenges of production or to the simplest part to 1 or 2 items.

Kalco will work with the client's constant struggle for saving as much cost as possible, with redesign, material changes, to the manufacturing process. Kalco will provide the client with a full cost analysis of the project from start to finish.

Depending on the client needs, Kalco can produce a proto type of the final design and run test analysis on the product if the client so desires. If you should need manufacturing assistance, Kalco has many resources for mass production or small volume items.
